Our mission is twofold; to help law-abiding citizen's become proficient in the safe and responsible use of firearms, and to help sailors navigate safely.
Fredric Leedy is a retired police officer and U.S. Coast Guard veteran. He is a USCG Licensed Mariner, American Sailing Association Certified Instructor, Benefactor Life Member of the National Rifle Association, NRA Certified Instructor, and NRA Range Safety Officer. He has over 40 years experience in providing educational services that include classroom instruction, consultation, tutoring, and practical training in marksmanship, seamanship, sailing, and marine navigation.
