"Pocket" Pistols
There is an old saying that the best gun is the one that is available when you need it. We don't normally think of a .22 as a personal defense gun, and when possible you would want a larger caliber for that particular application, but if you want something that you can carry with you anywhere (where it is legally permissible), in summer and winter, while dressed in virtually any type of clothing, I've not found anything better than a Beretta M-21. Work, play, hunting, fishing, walking the dog, around the house, or shopping for groceries, it's there and handy if or when needed. CCI makes a durable hollow-point "Stinger" round that works well in this handy little pocket gun. Of course, you need to carry any pocket gun in a proper holster.
