The Fight For Alabama's Senate Seat

Roy Moore Accuser Has ‘Violent Nature,’ History of Criminal Fraud Against Own Family

Moore represented Johnson’s mother in a nasty custody case for Johnson’s then 12-year-old son, Daniel Sitz. In the case, Johnson was repeatedly painted by Moore’s client as an unfit, absent, and unstable mother and was accused of taking her son from his elementary school against his will. Johnson’s mother was ultimately awarded custody in the case.

One affidavit signed by Johnson’s mother while she was represented by Moore accused Johnson of having a “violent nature” and noted that she “has been treated by a psychiatrist when she was approximately 15 years of age.” Johnson was a teenage mother....she was arrested on February 25, 2010, for the felony charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft by deception. She spent one day in jail and was released on bond.

.... and somewhere there is a record of compensation for Johnson's 'para-complaint!"

Ballistics

Ballistic Solvers

Bryan Litz, a ballistician at Berger Bullets and Applied Ballistics, talks about using ballistic solvers such as the Whiz Wheel to obtain a firing solution.

While gravity and wind are the main influences on a bullet’s path from the gun to the target, there are some other important things to consider. One of these is the initial bullet speed. In effect, a bullet 'loses power' the moment that it leaves the barrel of a gun. As a result, generally speaking, longer barrel guns produce speedier bullets, which equates to less time to the target, and less time for gravity to do its thing. But just because a bullet is faster doesn’t mean it’s necessarily better overall.

"zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..."

It is November 17 and House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) is ignoring national reciprocity legislation for a 45th consecutive week.

National reciprocity would treat concealed carry permits like driver’s licenses, making the license from one state valid in the other 49. Such a reciprocal system would allow law-abiding Americans to keep their handguns on their persons for defense of themselves and their families as they travel throughout the country.

I guess that when you are the Speaker of the House, and provided with nationwide armed security, you're not too worried about accidentally becoming a statutory criminal. You'd think that Ryan would be a little more concerned about the plight of the great number of law-abiding citizen's who hold state issued permits.

The Continuing Saga of Roy Moore

Evidently Roy Moore’s accuser, Beverly Nelson, copied a rubber-stamped signature from her prior divorce proceeding into her old “year book”—not knowing that the “D.A.” notation that she included was the initials of Moore’s assistant "Delver Adams", and not "District Attorney” as she assumed.

I can understand why Nelson doesn’t want the signature examined by a forensic expert....

There are some “lawyers” that should follow their own advice to remain silent; this is one of them!

Authenticity of Accuser's Evidence?

Regarding the recent tactics employed in the current battle for an Alabama seat in the United States Senate. this revelation comes as no surprise:

The attorney for Alabama Republican Senate Candidate Roy Moore appeared today for a brief press statement and provided material that strongly suggests the documents provided by the accusers attorney, Gloria Allred, were forged...

Apparently Judge Roy Moore was the presiding judge in the divorce case of Beverly Young Nelson.  The signature on the yearbook Mrs. Nelson provides as evidence, via Gloria Allred, looks like it was taken from the judge’s signature on her previously undisclosed divorce documents.

Roy Moore’s attorney Phillip L. Jauregui says Judge Roy Moore has been falsely accused, and wants Gloria Allred to release Beverly Nelson’s yearbook for handwriting analysis and inspection.  The key points to defend Roy Moore from the larger accusations are found within the motive of Allred and Mrs. Young falsifying documents.

The manner in which the original charge was brought in this case, in and of itself, leaves a mountain of doubt as to its genuineness.

The Manipulation of American History

It's remarkable how a few "Americans" insist on complaining about "Russian intervention in the 2016 election" while, at the same time, behaving like the old USSR...

Keeping and Bearing Arms

Another gleaming nugget of pyrite from Joe Biden:

[I]t’s just rational to say certain people shouldn’t have guns. Now the fact that some people with guns are legally able to acquire a gun and they turn out to be crazy after the fact, that’s life. There’s nothing you can do about that.

Oh, but there is Joe...... Just ask Stephen Willeford!

The Battle of Worldview's: Standing for The Truth

VESTAVIA HILLS, Alabama — Judge Roy Moore, the GOP nominee for the U.S. Senate here in Alabama, received a standing ovation from veterans and Republican supporters here at a public library at his first public event since the Washington Post smeared him earlier this week.

NEW YORK, New York — The Zionist Organization of America’s annual awards gala gave Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon three standing ovations Sunday after the former White House chief strategist delivered a fiery speech praising President Donald Trump’s leadership in the Middle East and calling on America’s Jewish community “to bind together and work as partners” in his war against the GOP establishment.

Timing is important and revealing. The timing of the Washington Post "story" is highly suspect. It is obvious that the WP's intentions were to construct a barrier-sized mountain of outrage directed at Judge Roy Moore; as the story unfolds, it looks like they have successfully constructed a mountain of civil liability that will, no doubt, be conquered in due time.

Interdicting Evil

Re: The 11/05/17 Texas murders case

This video is worth an infinite number of CEU's, and should be required watching for anyone who has trouble understanding why we have the 2nd Amendment to our Constitution.

Texas Murders

Some enlightening behavioral indicators on the late Texas church murderer:

The murderer "preached atheism"

The murderer had been "accused of domestic abuse."

The murderer was an animal abuser; had been "arrested for animal cruelty."

The murderer had been "dishonorably discharged from the military."

The murderer "had been denied a Texas Concealed Carry Permit."

The murderer "worked as a security guard"

There are probably more indicators that we don't know about yet, but these taken as a whole, scream sociopathy.

It would not surprise me to hear that this guy was a moderate to heavy marijuana user, which could explain why he spent time living in Colorado. Marijuana use is a trigger that has been directly linked to sociopathic and psychopathic behavior; the post-mortem toxicology should answer that question.

For anyone with at least a normal IQ, there should not be any doubt left in their mind as to what it takes to stop one of these renegade's. It's just too bad that there wasn't a trained armed responder, or two, serving as ushers in the church that day.

Hard lessons learned the hard way...

I suspect from now on, anyone walking around a church service wearing body armor might well be spending the night on a stainless steel table.

Remedial action for this type of threat should include a formal training program. For example, the successful FASTER program, that is presently geared primarily for schools, could be easily adapted to church's.
