Sabine Pass Light
Shown above during its glory days in the mid-1950's, the Sabine Pass Light in Cameron Parish, LA near the Texas border was built in 1856; it proudly made it through the Civil War, and into the middle of the 20th Century before being abandoned and left to vandals and hurricanes.
Today, this is what remains:
