Irma's wind-speed was dropping as it reached Clearwater early this morning; the storm continues to weaken as it moves North into oblivion.
A full report on the storm is not available yet, but as one website comment put it, "it could have been worse."
Now for the clean-up.....
Don't buy a used vehicle without running a full title history!
